Eternal MMA returns to Western Australia this weekend for a pro/am show at the Italian Club in Perth.
Despite the state’s ongoing ban on using the caged enclosure for MMA bouts, the last of its kind now in the entire country, the promotion continues to invest in the region with Saturday night’s event (Eternal 21) marking their fifth WA offering to date.
An all local pro welterweight clash headlines the night with experienced David Jenkins taking on relative newcomer Jed Bolton while the amateur portion of the card features up-and-coming fighters from WA and interstate.
Jenkins, who trains out of Evolution MMA & Fitness in Perth, has looked impressive in recent times, claiming victories against James Cristopoulos and Taela Kelly.
“Big Dai” will now look to continue his forward momentum against Kick Ass MMA’s Jed Bolton, who on the other hand will no doubt be eager to make a statement on the night with the upset victory.
