Mokhtarian holds a 13-1 record and is currently riding a six-fight win streak. The 31 year-old, who trains out of the Australian Top Team gym in Sydney, has beaten the likes of Shannon McClellan (8-4), Muhammad Zainal (6-6) and Chinese veteran Honggang Yao (19-6-1) in a pro career which dates back to 2011. Mokhtarian’s sole loss came at the hands of former Brace title holder and Eternal MMA title challenger Edwin Arana back in 2014.
It’s unclear at this stage when the Aussie will debut for the promotion however Fight News Australia will keep you updated on the situation.
