Jake Matthews has released video footage via his Facebook page of his amateur debut. The undefeated Aussie, now making a name for himself in the UFC’s lightweight division, was just 16 at the time of the fight, which he ended in seconds with a head-kick knockout.
Four years on and ‘The Celtic Kid’ has amassed an impressive 8-0 professional record, with his last two victories coming under the UFC banner against Dashon Johnson and most recently Vagner Rocha at UFC Fight Night 55 in Sydney.
