Australian heavyweight fighter Peter Graham returns to compete in Russia for the fourth time with the Sydney based fighter scheduled to meet Salimgirey Rasulov on Sunday night in Krasnodar, Russia. After winning only one fight in his first six MMA fights, the credentialed kickboxer has rattled out six wins on the trot with wins over Carter Williams, Yusuke Kawaguchi, Aleksander Emelianenko and Konstantin Gluhov whom Graham has defeated twice.
Graham will face Rasulov on the Global Fight Club promotion where he is expected to headline the event which will feature a mixture of MMA and K-1 bouts.
26 year-old Rasulov is also on a winning streak of his own, having won his last six fights according to his record listed on Sherdog.com which is 11-5. Seven of Rasulov’s wins have come via a KO or TKO stoppage. It is believed that former UFC fighter Oleg Taktarov has helped Rasulov prepare for the bout this weekend.
