Kiwi lightweight Dan Hooker got back in the winner’s column in a big way over the weekend, stopping American James Vick with a left hook, followed by vicious ground and pound mid-way through the opening frame at UFC on ESPN 4.

The stunning win followed Hooker’s brutal loss to Edson Barboza in December and the 29 year-old Auckland Native is now already looking ahead to the next one.
