Both fighters came out firing heavy blows before Circonov shot and secured a takedown early in the first round.
Circunov had full control of Crute as he looked to advance to mounted crucifix before getting the full mount. Crute did well to avoid any real damage and managed to reverse the position and land some heavy hammer fists that were clearly hurting Circunov.
The referee was looking on closely as Crute reigned down blows, but Circunov managed to sweep Crute before he went for the Peruvian necktie and got the tap.
