The Ultimate Fighter: Australia vs U.K contestant Ben Wall has announced that he has been signed up to be managed by American based company Big Fight Management.
Wall who was defeated in the first-round of the reality show by eventual finalist Colin Fletcher is currently scheduled to face Nitro Lightweight champion Jai Bradney for the belt. That bout is scheduled to occur on March 23 at the Logan Entertainment Centre.
Following that bout, Wall announced via social media that he will be moving to Canada where he will look to compete in the featherweight division for the first time in the hopes of securing his path back into the UFC by the end of the year. Wall will train at the MMA University gym in Canada.
“The main goal is to be fighting in the UFC and we have decided on dropping to featherweight. With hard work and my new management I am confident I will be on a UFC card this year,” Wall said via social media.
During his time in North America, Wall will also endeavour to travel to train at places including the American Top Team and Macaco’s Gold Team.
First though, Wall will be wanting to get past Jai Bradney on March 23.
“Jai is an amazing fighter but I feel sooo good right now and am so confident about this fight, everything will fall into place, ain’t nothing gonna stop me,” Wall said.
