Fresh off an upset victory against Mikey Garcia, Spanish boxer Sandor Martin returns to action this Saturday (AEDT), when he faces Jose Felix for the vacant WBA super-lightweight title.
Martin was supposed to be a tune-up fight for Garcia, however, Martin had other plans, and he walked away with a majority decision last October 2021. The win was his tenth on the trot and took his pro record to 39-2.
His opponent Jose Felix brings a 39-5 record that includes 30 KOs however comes into the contest on the back of a loss to Tyrone McKenna back in August 2021.
