Former The Ultimate Fighter winner Kelvin Gastelum has been forced out of his UFC 195 bout against Australian Kyle Noke due to an undisclosed injury, the UFC has confirmed.
Stepping up to replace Gastelum will be 25 year-old Alex Morono (11-3) who comes into the fight on a five-fight winning streak.
It’s a double blow for Noke, who loses a ranked opponent and also gets demoted from the main card to the televised preliminary card.
The lightweight bout between Abel Trujillo and Tony Sims was promoted to the main card.
UFC 195 will be headlined by a welterweight title bout between current champion Robbie Lawler and challenger Carlos Condit.
