Eternal MMA and new-start local promotion Reign Fighting have joined the World Series of Fighting Global affiliate Network. CEO and founder of both Australian based promotions, Cam O’Neill, announced the news via a press release last week.
“Signing as an official partner with WSOF Global is a huge next step for the Eternal and Reign organizations. Not only does it validate us as a pathway for talented and driven Australian MMA athletes to reach the next step of their careers with the lure of international fights on one of the world’s very best MMA promotions in WOSF Global. It also ensures that Eternal and Reign events will now be shown in millions of homes across the world via WSOF Global’s broadcast partners.”
Zachary Harris, WSOF Global affiliate coordinator, also commented on the collaboration.
“We are thrilled to be adding such high caliber promotions in Eternal MMA and Reign Fighting into the WSOF Global family. We specifically sought out Eternal MMA for our official partner in Australia and then found out their plan of introducing Reign Fighting and their vision for the two promotions and it only made things more exciting. There’s no doubt that the Australian MMA fan base is one of the fastest growing in the world. It was very important for us to find a great partner in Australia and we look forward to working with them to help bring the best MMA events to those great fans.”
The WSOF Global brand is an independently owned and managed company which focuses on the WSOF brand outside of the United States. Two events have been held under the WSOF Global banner to date with the promotion’s third offering scheduled for July 30 in the Philippines.
Eternal MMA’s library of events will be made available in the WSOF Global fight library. MMA fans can watch all of their fights, as well as those from all other affiliates for $4.99 per month at the WSOF Global website.
Eternal MMA and Reign Fighting become the tenth and eleventh organisations to join the ranks of WSOF Global.
The news comes just weeks after it was revealed that Eternal MMA flyweight champion Tim Moore had signed with WSOF Global.
