Sydney based featherweight Suman Mokhtarian has scored a spot on the upcoming series of The Ultimate Fighter.
TUF 27 “Undefeated” will feature a cast of unbeaten lightweight and featherweight fighters from around the world, with each tournament winner receiving a six-figure UFC contract.
Coaching the series will be heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic and light heavyweight title holder Daniel Cormier. The pair will square off following the show for the heavyweight strap at UFC 226 on July 7 (July 8 in Australia).
Both Suman Mokhtarian – MMA Fighter and Israel Adesanya make this week’s episode of The MMA Hour for their performances on the weekend.

Twenty five year-old Mokhtarian (8-0), the younger brother of UFC flyweight Ashkan Mokhtarian, attracted international attention last year after claiming a number of rare submission victories on the local circuit.
