American promotion Bellator returns with a pay-per-view card later this month and Australian MMA fans will be able to watch it live on Mainevent PPV.
The card will be headlined by Chael Sonnen taking on Wanderlei Silva, with the two hoping to finally meet after having a series of match-ups cancelled during their time in the UFC. In the co-main event, heavyweight great Fedor Emelianenko comes up against Matt Mitrione.
The famous Madison Square Garden in New York City will host the event which is advertised to Australian audiences at a pay-per-view price of $39.95 on Mainevent.
The card is filled with some top talent, including Douglas Lima squaring squaring off against Lorenz Larkin for the Bellator welterweight title, while highly touted lightweight prospect Aaron Pico makes his long awaited debut.
The lightweight title will also go on the line with Bellator stalwart Michael Chandler meeting undefeated Brent Primus.
Ranked light-heavyweights Phil Davis and Ryan Bader meet in a light-heavyweight title fight scheduled on the undercard portion, with no news if this will be available to Australian viewers.
