WBC Australasia and WBA Asia Champion Linn Sandstrom is scheduled to make her UK debut in London on October 29 when she faces Serbian boxer Sara Marjanovic.
The two will battle for the WBA super-flyweight intercontinental title.
Training out of the Bondi Boxing Club under the guidance of Tony Del Vecchio, Sandstrom brings a 6-2 professional record. The Swedish-born boxer has won her last 5 bouts while her opponent has a large experience advantage, despite holding a mixed 9-10 record.
The bout will take place out of the York Hall in London and the card is expected to be televised on Intu Boxing, Youtube and Facebook.
