Local MMA standout, and combat sports all rounder, Steve Kennedy returned to the boxing world on Friday night and picked up a third-round TKO win over fellow West Australian Trevor Loomes. The two fighters met on Dragon Fire’s Thunderdome X card at Metro City in Perth.
Currently enjoying a seven-fight win streak in MMA, Kennedy, who recently signed with American management company Big Fight Management, will stick with boxing for the time being until an opponent can be found to challenge the multiple Australian champion under MMA rules.
