After suffering two straight loses in 2017, Kelly (13-3 MMA, 6-3 UFC) will be hoping to gain back some of his momentum that garnered him a four-fight win streak, including a victory over Rashad Evans, during his 2015-17 run.
His opponent Tom Breese (10-1 MMA, 3-1 UFC), will also be looking to get back in the win column and the octagon, coming off a 2016 split decision loss to Sean Strickland at UFC 199.
It's happening!! #UFCLiverpool is official for May 27!
