As Fight News Australia recently revealed, one of the fastest growing promotions in the world, Russia’s Absolute Championship Berkut (ACB) is set to hit Australian shores for the very first time this December.
Just one week on from the news and now FNA has further information regarding the landmark event (ACB 76), which is slated for Dec. 9 at a yet to be announced venue on the Gold Coast, with Dylan Andrews, Michael Tobin and Shannon Ross all signing on to compete at the show.
While information regarding the opponents of the three Gold Coast based fighters has yet to surface, the signings are a solid start for ACB officials, who are hopeful of bringing multiple events here to Australia each year.
A five-fight UFC veteran, middleweight Dylan Andrews (18-7) has momentum on his side after scoring a highlight-reel knockout over Papy Abedi earlier in the year in Sweden (video below).
It’s safe to say that Dylan the villain andrews’ return this weekend was a successful one!

A local champion across multiple promotions, featherweight Michael Tobin (12-2), meanwhile, will be eager to reverse a two-fight slump after consecutive defeats in the promotion, both taking place this year in England.
Shannon Ross (9-4) has won four of his last five fights with his most recent outing, a comeback victory against Luke Morris on Nitro’s return show, earning the 28 year-old the Nitro flyweight championship belt.
