With the Western Australian government indefinitely suspending their border closure, Eternal MMA has confirmed that they are looking at alternative locations regarding Eternal MMA 64.
The event was scheduled to take place on February 26 at the HBF Stadium in Perth.
The official release from Eternal states:
“In response to the Western Australian Government suspending its plan to open the state’s hard border indefinitely, Eternal MMA have been forced to look for alternative options in regard to the location of our first event of 2022. We are working through all options and possibilities in regard to keeping all the athletes already booked to compete on this fight card.
“Eternal MMA has successfully operated nationwide throughout Covid, and it looks like 2022 will continue to bring challenged, we will face these challenges head-on and adapt as always to deliver the highest quality MMA event that we can.”
Originally, headlining the card was a lightweight title fight with champion Jack Becker taking on Victoria’s Aidan Aguilera.

Throughout the pandemic, Eternal has been headstrong in continuing to hold events, with an impressive 14 events held since February 2020.
No such word on where the card will be moved, however, we will keep you informed once this is known.
