Megan Anderson has come up short at UFC Rochester.
Taking on the Invicta FC featherweight champion Felicia Spencer, Anderson tapped to a rear-naked choke at 3.24 minutes of the first round.
Anderson landed a couple of strong right hands early in the fight but it was not enough for the Gold Coast Native. Spencer managed to close the distance and drag Anderson to the floor before quickly taking her back. Anderson did not have any answers for Spencer as she landed a number of shots on Anderson before flattening her out and sinking in the rear-naked choke.

The fight was Anderson’s third in the UFC after losing to Holly Holm and defeating Cat Zingao last December. Her record now stands at 9-4.
Felicia Spencer remains undefeated with the win improving her record to 7-0.
