FNA & Fite TV Rizin 18 Stream Competition Terms & Conditions

The prize if for a free online stream of the Rizin 18 stream, taking place in Japan and valued at AU$35.00. The stream starts at 3pm AEST.

1. This competition is being promoted by Fight News Australia with the prizes provided by Fite.tv.
2. To be eligible for the competition, you will need to be at least 18 years old.
3. To enter the competition, you will need to simply comment on the Facebook and/or Instagram post as to what your favourite John Wayne Parr moment is. The best answer chosen by a panel of judges will be the winner.
4. The judges’ decision is final and binding. As such, no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Entrants from a business, business page or a Facebook page will not be accepted.
6. Entrance into the competition is not valid for employees and immediate family members of both Fight News Australia and Fite.tv
7. Entry to the competition will begin at 6am AEST on August 18, 2019 and closes at 2pm AEST on August 18, 2019.
8. The winner will be announced via the Fight News Australia Facebook page at 2pm AEST on the August 18 11, 2019. We will attempt to contact via a private message on Facebook (should that be available).
9. Should the winner not claim their prize within an hour of the winner being announced, then the prize will be awarded to another entrant.
10. Prize Conditions
    • The prize does not include anything not listed.
    • Fite.tv and the Promoter accept no responsibility for any damage, loss (including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential loss), liability, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the winner or their guest in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the use of any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
11. All personal information collected through the competition will be solely used for the competition and kept on record for compliance purposes. It will be not disclosed to any third party unless requested by law to do so.
12. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, corruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
13. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions
14. If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
15. In the case of the intervention of any outside agent or event which naturally changes the result or prevents or hinders its determination, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strikes; the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the event.
16. Fight News Australia cannot be held responsible for any failure of the prize to be awarded as a result of Fite.tv not issuing the prize.
17. If the event is postponed or cancelled for any reason, Fight News Australia is not responsible.
