Fury MMA 6 is set to go down this Saturday night at the Sunshine Coast Function Centre in Queensland with the event set to be headlined by a Fury MMA Featherweight Title. In the title fight, Pat Promrangka will defend his title for the first time when he faces Victorian Regan Neoh. Neoh, a BJJ Purple Belt stepped in to face Promrangka after Suasday Chau was forced out due to an injury.
Promrangka upset The Ultimate Fighter: Australia vs U.K contestant Grant Blackler back in February to capture the title and has lost one fight in his last six; defeating the likes of Liam Harley, Luke Hume and Mitch Heron along the way. Neoh is a Pan Pacific BJJ Purple Belt champion and is 1-0 as a professional fighter having defeated Zach Hook at Australian Fighting Championships 4 back in December. As an amateur he compiled a 2-0 record which included a TKO win in Thailand where he also had a professional Muaythai bout which he won.
Also on the card two Fury MMA regulars will clash when Sunshine Coast fighter Callum Lewis will face Mike Aarts, while Ty Duncan and Darcy Vendy clash in a Welterweight bout.
