Hex featherweight champion Lisa Kyriacou will get her chance to impress with a global promotion on July 21.
“The Savage” is set to take on Nat “Wondergirl” Jaroonsak at ONE Friday Fights 26, which takes place at the historic Lumpinee Boxing Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.
Kyriacou is riding a six-fight win streak since dropping her professional debut to Jacinta Austin back in 2021, including wins over former ONE veteran Courtney Martin and most recently, Amena Hadaya.
The Hadaya victory at Hex Fight Series 25 in February netted the Absolute MMA representative the Hex strap, before ONE Championship came calling.
Jaroonsak is a two-time Thailand National Muay Thai Champion with a 35-17-2 record in the striking art. She made her ONE debut back in 2020, reeling off knockouts against Australia’s Brooke Farrell and Filipino KC Carlos before dropping a decision to Jackie Buntan.
The 24-year-old made her MMA debut in May 2022, when she submitted India’s Zaba Bano with an armbar. The Thai star hasn’t competed since.
