UFC Fight Night 84, which will take place at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on the 20th March, is starting to take shape after another three bouts were formally announced this week.
Jake Matthews (10-1) faces his biggest test to date in rising star Johnny Case (22-4) whilst Bec Rawlings (6-4) will make her long-awaited return to the octagon after sitting on the side lines since May last year due to an injury. She will be fighting Seohee Ham (16-1) who is coming off an impressive ‘Fight of the Night’ victory over Cortney Casey in South Korea. Welterweight Richard Walsh (9-3) also recieved the call up this week, his opponent Viscardi Andrade (18-6) has dropped only one loss since 2011.
The card will be headlined by Mark Hunt and Frank Mir with the co-main event an exciting match up between Hector Lombard and Neil Magny.
The event will be broadcast on Fox Sports 1 in the United States, Fox Sports 3 in Australia and SKY TV in New Zealand. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Thursday, February 4 at 10 a.m. AEST and are priced at $350, $250, $150, $95 and $50 AUD through ticketek.com.au.
