Justin Tafa has won in devastating fashion at UFC 247 in Houston.
Fighting hometown fighter Juan Adams, it took Tafa less than two minutes to pick up the TKO victory.
Tafa showed excellent hand speed against a taller fighter with a decent reach advantage. Tafa managed to close the distance, land two left hooks in the clinch before a thundering right hook that spelled the begging of the end for Adams. The hooks were followed up by a swinging right uppercut and a barrage of punches on the floor before the referee was forced to wave off the fight.

Tafa said he was far more relaxed in the lead up to the fight in Houston after suffering a first-round KO loss in his UFC debut in Melbourne last October.
Tafa won his first three professional fights all by first-round knockout before signing with the UFC. The win in Houston brings Tafa’s pro record to 4-1.
