City Kickboxing fighter Kai Kara-France (24-10) is set to take on the surging No.7 ranked flyweight Amir Albazi (16-1) at the upcoming UFC Fight Night scheduled on June 3rd. The location for this event has yet to be determined.
Albazi had confirmed the matchup via his Instagram account.

Kara-France is now back in action after having to pull out of UFC 284 due to suffering a knee injury in training camp. The Kiwi is as determined as ever to make a statement ahead of his bout after suffering a TKO loss to Brandon Moreno at UFC 277 for the Interim Title. Kara-France, had his 3-fight winning streak snapped and is now looking to climb his way back up to another title contention.
Albazi has been making waves in the flyweight division since his UFC debut in 2020. The Iraqi fighter has 14 finishes on his professional record, comprising of 9 submissions and 5 knockout victories. Most recently, Albazi knocked out Alessandro Costa late last year and is currently 4-0 in the UFC.
The Kiwi has a stern test ahead of him on June 3rd, and Albazi is determined to put on a banger of a fight to get one step closer to UFC gold.
