It has been revealed that Australia’s Megan Anderson will face newcomer Norma Dumont on the 1st of March (AEDT) at UFC Norfolk.
News of the match-up was first announced on Anderson’s website and later confirmed via sources.
Based out of Kansas City, Anderson will be looking at securing back-to-back victories for the first time in her UFC career having gone 2-2 in her Octagon career. The former Invicta FC champion holds a career MMA record of 9-4.
Cage experience will be on the Aussie’s side as her opponent, Brazilian Norma Dumont, has only fought four times but has yet to face defeat since making her debut back in 2016. Two wins have come via rear-naked choke while the other two via decision in promotions such as Jungle Fight, Federacao Fight, and Shooto Brasil.

FC Norfolk takes place at Chartway Arena in Norfolk, Virginia. The main event bout for the contest as yet to be confirmed.
