MMA Downunder 6 goes down this Saturday night and will be headlined by the promotions lightweight title fight between local fighters Anthony Bynoe (pictured left) and Myles Simpson (pictured right).
The event will take place at the Adelaide Arena in South Australia.
Both Simpson and Bynoe are undefeated as professionals in their short MMA careers and will be looking at keeping it that way when they clash for the vacant title.
Simpson (3-0) is a team-mate of South Australian MMA pioneer Kym Robinson and brings into the fight an accomplished Muay Thai career. The 27-year-old has defeated both Giancarlo Embradora and Peter Cross in his last two outings.
Twenty-eight year-old Anthony Bynoe (3-0) trains at the SABJJ school and will be making his third appearance in the MMA Downunder promotion having defeated Eddie Alba and Yan Yurchenko in his last outings within the promotion.
In the co-main event, veteran fighter Kym Robinson (16-7) will be looking at continuing his resurgence after moving up to the heavyweight division back in July where he submitted Andrew Machin in the opening round. Robinson will stay in the heavyweight division when he takes on Michael Fitzgerald.
The show was previously set to be headlined by Gustavo Falciroli taking on Giancarlo Embradora but the fight was scrapped from the card due to an injury to Embradora.
