An entertaining UFC lightweight battle between two local guys making their debut has won Fight of the Night honours at UFC 243. New Zealand’s Brad Riddell and Central Coast fighter Jamie Mullarkey will both pocket US$50,000 in bonuses for their bout.
In Performance of the Night bonuses, Yorgan De Castro pockets $50k for his spectacular walk-off KO of Justin Tafa while headliner Israel Adesanya claims the other, with his headline knock-out of Robert Whittaker. Adesanya has now claimed bonuses in six of his seven UFC bouts.
