Robert Whittaker extended his winning streak to four in a row following his unanimous decision victory over Uriah Hall at UFC 193 at the weekend.
The Kiwi, who trains out of Sydney, Australia not only beat his toughest opponent to date, in Hall, but was also responsible for knocking him out of the middleweight top ten. The UFC rankings which were released this morning subsequently moved Whittaker up 5 places to number 9, breaking into the top 10 for the first time in his career.
Mark Hunt also moved up in the rankings to number 7 in the heavyweight division and said in the post fight press conference that he would like a re-match with Stipe Miocic, who is currently ranked third.
