Tai ‘Bam Bam’ Tuivasa is holding his head up high after suffering a brutal KO loss against Sergei Pavlovich in Orlando Florida this past weekend.
“Fuck, got done tonight,” Tuivasa wrote on Instagram.
“Congrats to @Sergio_Pavlovich got me first, rocked me hard, couldn’t recover,” he continued.
The win was Pavlovich’s fifth straight first-round finish. He improved his record to [17-1] following a brutal knockout victory against Tai Tuivasa.
Tuivasa has now suffered back-to-back knockout losses after also going down to Ciryl Gane in the main event in the first ever UFC in Paris, France this past September. His record is now 14-5.
The Aussie has no plans to fight in the upcoming Perth Card at UFC 284 and wishes to spend the next little while with his family.
“Time to come home see my family be back in the Arena and regather,” Tuivasa wrote.
Despite the loss, Tuivasa was still pumped up by the crowds and showing love to his fans.
“Last but not least, ORRRLAAAANDOOO Wooow what a crowd y’all really turned up tonight. I didn’t get to put on a show and a shoey tonight, my bad I will be back. All my fans. Sick cunts love yahs ayyy.” He wrote.
