Gold Coast event Eternal MMA 4 will be headlined by a flyweight bout between local fighter Tim “Quickdraw” Moore from the PUMMA gym and Liam Harley from Brothers MMA.
Fight News Australia confirmed the bout with a source close to the promotion. The event will return to the Coolangatta Hotel in Queensland on Friday, 21 February.
Both Moore and Harley were originally scheduled to face each other for the Fightworld Cup flyweight title in mid 2013, however an injury suffered by Harley forced the cancellation of the bout 24-hours before the fight.
Moore has gone on to win two fights in a row, defeating Grego Penaloza at Eternal MMA 3 in September before backing up that performance to submit Chris “Kewl Bonez” Morris in November.
Liam Harley kept himself busy in 2013 by participating in amateur boxing bouts where he won a regional title. In his lone MMA bout last year, he was submitted by Aden Hawke and will be looking at getting back on track as he drops down to flyweight for this match-u.
Further bouts are expected to be announced shortly.
