The UFC comes to Brisbane for the first time this Saturday as heavyweight fighters, Australian based Mark Hunt and Brazilian fighter Antonio Silva meet at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre.
The UFC has released a schedule of events in the lead-up to Saturday which includes various meet and greets with fighters including Michael Bisping, Hector Lombard and Robert Whittaker.

UFC Brisbane kicks off with a presentation in Brisbane’s CBD which will include Question and Answer session and photo opportunities with Michael Bisping, Hector Lombard, Ross Pearson and Robert Whittaker. The UFC Fight Night 33 participants will be interviewed and presented to the crowd.

The official weigh-ins take place at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre with doors opening up at 11:00am for UFC Fight Club members and 11:30 to the general public. The question and answer session with Michael Bisping is set to begin at 12:00pm followed by the official weigh-ins from 1:00pm. Event will be streamed live on UFC.com, Youtube.com/UFC and Fuel TV Australia.

The event everyone is waiting for happens on Saturday as UFC Fight Night 33 goes down at the Brisbane Entertainment Center. Headlining the event will be a UFC heavyweight bout between Sydney based Mark Hunt and Antonio “Big Foot” Silva. In the co-main event former UFC & Pride FC champion Mauricio “Shogun” Rua takes on James Te Huna. The business portion of the card will shown live on Fuel TV Australia.
