This weekend at UFC 221 in Perth, Israel Adesanya makes his long anticipated UFC debut.
Adesanya moved from Nigeria to New Zealand at twelve years of age. Fourteen years later, he will be competing in the biggest martial arts organisation in the world.
Adesanya has competed across the world in kickboxing, compiling a record of 74 wins and 4 losses.
He is undefeated as a mixed martial artist with 11 wins all coming by way of knockout.
This weekend he takes on Australian Rob Wilkinson in what will be one of the most highly anticipated match ups on the card.
