Sydney’s Tai Tuivasa (10-1) lost his first career MMA bout in December with a loss to Junior dos Santos. Tuivasa actually showed promise in the bout and came close to stopping the former title holder. it was also Tuivasa’s first time headlining a UFC event.
Stocks have not dropped significantly for Tuivasa who remains one of the youngest fighters in the UFC heavyweight rankings.
He next comes up against Blagoy Ivanov on June 9 (AEST) as part of UFC 238.
